Gerritt Alex Holdrum, age 58, of Orlando, Florida passed away peacefully at his cherished home on Wednesday, October 13, 2021. Gerritt was born May 6, 1963 in Miami, Florida to two loving parents; Diana C. Holdrum and the late Gerritt Hopper Holdrum, Jr.
Gerritt grew up to become a Senior Communications Consultant at CIBC First Caribbean International Bank. His hobbies included reading, cooking, computers, cars, watching boxing, comedies, and news. He enjoyed making people laugh. He wanted to be a meteorologist when he was a kid. He always enjoyed learning something new every day. "If you don't learn anything, it is a waste of a day." Gerritt will be greatly missed by his beloved wife; Minako M. Holdrum, his adored daughters; Karen M. Holdrum and Nichika Holdrum. His cherished Mother; Diane C. Holdrum, loving older sister; Laura Dubuque and his adored younger brother; Samuel M. Holdrum.
A visitation for Gerritt will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 1413 S SEMORAN BLVD, ORLANDO, FL 32807, followed by a words of rememberance from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
