Gordon J. Miller, 92, of Deland, passed away January 2, 2012. Born in New Haven Connecticut on January 14, 1919, he was the son of Charles E. and Harriet Price Miller. Mr. Miller was the owner/operator of a plumbing contracting business and a U.S. Navy Veteran. He is survived by his spouse Nancy, son Charles Gordon Miller, daughters Judith Ann Hansen and Constance Smith, and two sisters Nina Scilling and Barbara Galler. A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 7 at 2 p.m. at the Alliance Chapel of Deland, 135 W. Armstrong Street, Deland.
