Helen Lambert

She passed away on April 29, 2025, at the age of 70. She will be remembered with love.

Helen was born in New York where she met and married the love of her life, Paul, and raised two children. Helen and Paul later moved to Florida to follow a dream of warm weather, sunsets, and limitless access to Disney.

Helen is remembered as a wonderful mother; her children and family were her top priority. She was a hub of the extended family and a generous host. She found joy in cooking and gathering family and friends in her home for holidays and special occasions. She was a spectacular decorator and enjoyed every holiday; though Christmas was her favorite. In her younger years, Helen was a vibrant dancer.

Helen worked at C&L for decades before entering into retirement.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul. She is survived by her daughter Lisa (Eddie) Rodriguez and son John (Tracy) Lambert.

A Funeral Mass for Helen will be held Friday, May 2, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Family Funeral Care, 13001 South John Young Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32837.
