Jeff had a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and worked as a Civil Servant for the Navy until his retirement. He was a Beatles and Star Trek collector and played the piano and guitar.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Judith Kohn and his grandparents, Sylvia and Norton Casper.
Jeff is survived by his sister, Shari Gibson, brother-in-law, James Gibson, nephew, Steven Gibson and niece, Marissa Gibson.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Family Funeral Care in Orlando, Florida.
