She was born in Pikeville, Tennessee on February 12, 1940. Jewelene was a graduate of Boone High School. She married the late Carl B. Bichard on April 11, 1964. She served as a secretary for the Orange Avenue Church of God where was also a faithful member. She enjoyed attending church, reading the Bible, and scrapbooking.
She is survived by her daughter, Carla M. Lark (Brian) and her son Robert O. Bichard (Shannon); grandchildren, Jessica Carneal, Brittany Harmon, Shania Bach, Brian Kelly Lark, II, Adelaide Lark, Caleb Bichard, and Colton Bichard;, and her great grandchildren, Noah Carneal, Gabe Carneal, Ethan Carneal, and Saylor Lark.
