

John J. Nasiatka, age 90 of Orlando and former resident of Clark, NJ, passed away July 25, 2012. He was born June 24, 1922 in Wilmington, Delaware. A WWII Navy Veteran, an American Legion Commander and a 4th Degree Knights of Columbus, John was an active founding member of Holy Cross Catholic Church where he served as an usher. Those who knew and loved him will miss him dearly. He is preceded in death by his parents Peter Nasiatka and Josephine Jablonski, his brothers Walter and Alfred, and beloved sister Florence Nagy. He is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 48 years, Maryann, son John Paul, daughter Karen and son-in-law David Powers, sister Marion Osinki, brother Joseph, brother-in-law Les Nagy, many nieces and nephews and John’s most cherished grandchildren: Jacob, Jordan and Jadyn Powers. Visitation will be held Sunday from 2-4 pm and 6-9pm at Family Funeral Care, 13001 S. John Young Parkway, Orlando. The Funeral Mass will be held Monday, July 30, 2012 at 10 am at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 12600 Marsfield Avenue, Orlando. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to The Russell Home.
