Joseph Edward Penninger, youngest son of Grace and Ralph Penninger, went home to be with the Lord on September 3, 2017. He was born and raised in Mountain View, Missouri and worked in the family store. He is survived by his sister, Mary Adeline Penninger Logvin; his brother in law, John Cooper; and many nieces and nephews. In his later years, he lived in Orlando, Florida, close to his sister, and worked at Publix. He was a gentle loving man, laughed much, and was a happy person. He is now celebrating in heaven with Jesus and his family.
