My heart is broken. I feel so lost without you Titi. You were the voice of reason when I was confused and needed guidance. You always were always there. I miss you. 

You were such a special lady. I am so glad we got to spend time together. I will always cherish those special moments and our conversations. Always giving me messages of  love and grace. You will be missed. Continue to watch over the family from heaven. Love Blinky

Grateful that the Lord blessed our family with such a kind and loving woman. Titi Luz, I’m sorry we couldn’t say our final goodbyes in person. We have the hope that we will see you again one day in His presence, fully healed.

My dearest Sis,  had this amazing smile and humor.   We always talked about how much our husbands were so much alike , after all they are brothers. I will miss her so much because she was more my sister than my sister in law.  I am saddened by her loss, but at the same time, thank our Lord that she is not in anymore pain. You were so proud of me, but I wouldn’t who I am if it wasn’t for you. You taught me to be the woman I am today and I have you to thank for everything. I will miss our calls. I will miss talking you. I will miss laughing with you. I will miss crying with you. I will miss the funny text we send each other and the silly selfies of us with our morning hair. I will miss your funny birthday song that I had the privilege to hear for 23 years. I will miss your encouraging words of wisdom. You will forever be a shining light. I can’t wait to tell my children stories of your legacy. They will know of your kindness, intelligence and love. 

It is with the utmost of sincere gratitude that I had the distinct privilege of meeting mom Luz during a visit to Union Station Washington , DC! Ohhhhhh what a warm and exciting spirit to be in her presence. This world is, this family is and without a doubt I am an inspired better person having met a truly heart filled mom Luz ... a real life earth Angel ... who God has now appointed an Angel in heaven! Joy and thanksgiving to her husband, family and my friend and namesake Brenda  R for supporting life with Luz.   And my condolences for your loss. Love always and forever Brenda Medina. 

Titi Luz always Loved going on cruises and having fun. This photo was from 2015, When her Nephew David and Niece Kalmonie just got married and took a family vacation to celebrate in the Bahamas. She really loved and enjoyed the ocean and the beach very much. This was an amazing trip and a wonderful memory that her Niece Kalmonie and Nephew David will never forget. 

Her smile says it all! She loved her family and we loved her unconditionally, and we are so grateful and blessed that she could be part of creating a lasting memory that we still talk about to this day. 

Titi, We Love You and one day we will get to go on an everlasting cruise when we see you again in Heaven!  Love David and Kalmonie.  

Titi always Loved when her Virginia family came to visit her. She was always excited to share and take us to her favorite dinner spots. This was when we had a fun time at Bahama Breeze. The fire cracker shrimp's were pretty good! We can thank Titi and Tio for sharing that wonderful dish with us. The Joy and Laughter we always brought will forever be cherished. Titi's Love and beautiful smile shows the fun time she had.  

This Photo was Dated December 27th 2018. When Titi Luz and Tio Vic Visited Virginia. The baby in the photo is Sophia Alicia who is David's (Their Nephew's Daughter). She was only just a little after 6 months old when this photo was taken during Christmas/New Year's in 2018. Titi always had such a beautiful smile and always showed love as you can see in this photo. Sophia will always remember this visit and now that she is 2 almost going on 3, she still remembers and talks about her Tio Vic and Titi Luz visiting Virginia.  Titi will be missed, but her legacy of love and happiness will always be remembered.  Our Love, Prayers and Peace are with the family always. Much love from her Nephew David, Niece Kalmonie and as Titi will say her Baby (Alicia) which is Sophia's middle name.

We are so sorry for your loss.  Luz was a beautiful lady!  She loved you all so much.   She blessed my immediate family and we shared many laughs!  A little running joke in my family is about joining the "Batata" club.  Yes it means sweet potato, yet to join the club you've had to have a "Batata" moment.  She joined the club when we went on a cruise.  We found Tio on deck by himself, and he said Luz had gone to get him some coffee, but it was a long time.  So I said I would look for her.    As we got some snacks from the Lido deck, we walked passed her and had to stop.  There she was, enjoying some delicious desserts all by herself!  When we stepped back and said "Hi titi" the look on her face was priceless! We sat down with her and also forgot that Tio was still outside!  lol  He finally joined us and we had the best laugh.  So now, anytime we have desserts, we think of the sweet person that Luz was.  I pray God brings you many happy memories and smiles to your heart, when you think of her.  Love you all !! Titi Luz,  you have been such an amazing blessing to me and the Leon family.  You have always shown us unconditional love and I praise the Lord that we were able to share so many wonderful times together.  I found a few pictures, which made me smile in my heart! You had such a lovely smile and your beautiful soul shows!  We will miss you so much, but I believe you are dancing in heaven with our Lord and all of your family and friends who have been waiting for you.   I will always smile with joy when I think of you! Our deepest sympathy.  Luz was a joy to know.  Her love for the Lord was so obvious and also her love for her husband Victor.  I’ll always treasure the advise she gave me when we ran into her and Victor in Shady Maples.  She will be missed but we know she’s rejoicing with her Lord and Savior.
