
She was born in Tachira, Venezuela on March 2, 1976 to the late Mrs. Ana Lucia Mora and Mr. Bernardo Hernandez. Mercedes graduated from High School in July of 1977 after receiving her high school diploma. She then met and married the love of her life; Pedro Daniel Zambrano on August 27, 1999. She had a career in hospitality for various companies but her passion was her Church and her family. She attended Holy Cross Catholic Church, and enjoyed traveling, dancing, singing and reading.
Our mother was a woman who loved peace and freedom, She liked to help others, Our mother loved to dance and sing, Our mother was a woman of the home, a family woman, Our mother was the pillar of the house, she always fought until the end, Our mother saw the world with love and compassion, Our mom was always there when we needed help. Our mom also belonged to the Neocatechumenal Way. She was Catholic and always taught us the word of God. Our mom was a woman of hope and faith.
She is survived by her husband, Pedro Daniel Zambrano and her children, Maria Alejandra Zambrano Hernandez and Daniel Alejandro Zambrano Hernandez.
You are invited to a visitation on Friday, January 6 at Family Funeral Care in Orlando, Florida from 8:30-9:30am, followed by a 10:00am Funeral Mass at Holy Cross Catholic Church. The interment will take place at Queen of Angels Cemetery in Winter Park immediately afterward at 12-noon.
