Michael Scott Simmons, age 48 of Orlando passed away unexpectedly Friday, April 1, 2011. Born in Winter Park November 14, 1962 to Tommy Lee and Belvia Hagans Simmons. He was an inspector for the City of Orlando. Survived by his daughters, Monica Marie Davis and Cassondra Lynn Simmons; grandchildren, Haylee Brooke and Addyson Mackenzie Davis;
