Nectar M. Campos, 94, passed away on July 21, 2026. Born February 26, 1932, Nectar was a beloved and cherished presence in the lives of those who knew her, remembered with deep respect for a life marked by faith, compassion, and devoted care for others. Nectar resided in Orlando, Florida.
In her early years, Nectar studied through the 8th grade before leaving school to help care for her siblings after her mother, Maria Teresa, sadly passed from cancer. From an early age, she carried responsibility with steady strength, meeting family needs with a faithful heart and a compassionate spirit.
Nectar was a proud military wife, a devoted homemaker, and a cherished grandmother and great-grandmother. Her commitment to service was especially evident in her more than 30 years of volunteering at Holy Cross Catholic Church, where her faithful dedication to ministry reflected a life oriented toward helping others. She was also known for her kindness and for giving to numerous charities, offering practical care and quiet generosity in ways that lifted many.
Nectar found joy in the simple, beautiful work of her hands—wedding crafts, baby shower baskets, crochet, floral baskets, and coloring books. Above all, she loved her family and grandchildren, and she treasured time spent together, including cruising with family and friends and the tradition of Denny’s after church every Saturday with Dad.
Nectar is survived by her children, Ismael, Bobby, and Martita; and her grandchildren, Vanessa, David, Joylene, Dulce, Manny, and Jose. Nectar was preceded in death by her son, Danny; her husband, Rafael; her sister, Ilda; her brother, Pichiche; her father, Rafael; and her mother, Maria Teresa.
Nectar M. Campos will be remembered as a faithful and compassionate woman whose devoted life—rooted in family, church, and service—left a lasting legacy of love and care.
