Patricia Ann McCann

Patricia Ann McCann, 62, Orlando, Florida, passed away on November 21. Born July 24th, 1955 in Fall River, Massachusetts, to the late John and Virginia Monteiro. She had worked at Shaw Industries for 20-plus years. She loved her family and always put others first. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Shaun McCann. She is survived by her former husband and father of her children, Carl Dias, her two daughters, Michelle Jones (Michael) and Bethany Gibson (Kim), her best friend by fate, sister by choice, Laurie Chigas, as well as her nine grandchildren. She fought Small Cell Lung Cancer for longer than anyone we know (a year & two months)...an inspiration to all who learned her story. And, though it seems like cancer prevailed, we all know she is now free.
