He was born on April 13, 1930 in Prince Edward County, Virginia to the late Scott & Blanche Webster.
"Perky" and his beautiful bride, Herme (Cintron) Webster, have been married for 63 years, and have run a successful wedding photography business together for 43 of those years. He brought his sense of class and beauty by providing beautiful, rare vehicles for his clients, and including his whole family in serving families needs for these momentous events.
In his free time, you might find Perky fishing, watching his New York Mets, bounding off to play in the casinos with his dear Herme, and traveling to more far off places.
They loved life & each other well! The whole family will continue to cherish his Memory.
Perkins was preceded in death by his dear parents, Scott and Blanche Webster and his daughter Arlene Webster.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Herme Webster; son, Perkins Webster, Jr. (Olga) and daughter, Sonia Borges (Jose); grandchildren, Perkins Webster III (Amanda), Lisa Webster; great grandchild, Perkins “Willie” Webster IV.
