Hey Stacy, it is crazy how much has happened over the years. So much that I wish you could have been here for. Today I am going to an aunt's birthday party and I couldn't help but remember your birthday we celebrated at the American Girl store. It is heartbreaking to think about how we couldn't celebrate another birthday with you. We all wish you could have been here with us especially to celebrate your birthday in a few days. It’s insane to me that it’s already been 8 years. Despite so much time passing, I think of you almost everyday. I reminisce on our snack times before dance, the conspiracy videos we would watch (even though they scared me), the lunchtimes where we’d talk and laugh together. It’s been so long but I still miss it everyday. I still have all of the little souvenirs from your American girl birthday party and little valentines you’d given out in elementary school. Hey Stacy, it is so hard to think that 8 years have already gone by since you have left us. So many people cried that dreadful morning and I remember how much it impacted all of us. We would have been in our senior year together now. I remember how much you used to speak about what it would be like to become a teen and to move forward with life. Whenever I am asked about difficulties or challenges in life, I can't help but come back to this event. I still have that hair tie and doll from your birthday party, and will always keep it with me. I really wish you could be here with us right now. We all miss you but understand that you are in a better place.  We love you and wish you are looking down on us with a smile.

I was in Stacy’s cheerleading team we were good friends. I remember one day we went to a high school and watched these high schoolers do eagles and she looked at me and wanted to do the eagles together. That was one of the best moments I have with her.
