BIBLIN, Rita Noemie, age 80, was born October 15, 1931 in Woonsocket, Rhode Island and passed away on July 30, 2012 in Belle Island, Florida. Rita was daughter of Henry Eugene Bissonnette and Rhea Cecile Jacques. She is survived by her loving son, Marc Pelletier. Arrangements under the direction of Colonial Chapel/Carey Hand, Orlando, FL.
