Ron was born in Rochester New York on January 29th,
1935.
Ron proudly served as a United States Marine for 3 years.
Then he moved to Ocala, Florida in 1957. He worked for
Singer Sewing Machine Company repairing sewing
machines. In 1960 he moved to Orlando, Florida and joined the
Orlando Police Force where he worked for 25 years as a
fingerprint analyst. Ron was a very active father to his 3 children, whom he had with his first wife Shirley (neeTucker.) Together he and the children built dune buggies, a sailboat and several
wood working projects.
Ron was active throughout his life. He was in the ground
crew for hot air balloons, he snow skied, scuba dived. He
also went to Auctioneer school and Clown School where
he became a very cute clown named Sweet Pea. He was
a motorcycle enthusiast. He enjoyed working with
computers and photography. As his hearing was fading he learned sign language and became involved with the deaf ministry which became Ron’s passion. He became a “Service Support Person”
volunteering at a Deaf Blind Camp for 10 years. Every
year Ron designed a tee shirt for the group to wear
marking that they were the Florida Team.
He was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Arline
nee: Malcho Page, his son Ronald Page Jr and grandson
Patrick Page.
He is survived by his loving wife Dianne Pappas-Page;
Daughters Kathy Overbey (Mike); Patrici Henderson
(Jerry); Granddaughters Jennifer Heier (Chuck); Karen Eastridge
(Jason); Kimberly Overbey Grandson Jeremy Henderson (Liz);
Great great granddaughter Lila Gray (Robbie); Lily
Eastridge Great grandsons Harper and Levy Henderson; Trey Heier.

Community Church, 3401 Conway Road Orlando, Florida
32812. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetary. 1602 Greenwood
Street Orlando, Florida 32801.,
