Rosemarie Jamias Elbo, age 80, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. She was a generous and compassionate soul, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Rosemarie dedicated her life to caring for and loving her family, always extending that same kindness and warmth to those around her. Her love, generosity, and gentle spirit touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Lucas Elbo, with whom she shared a lifetime of cherished memories and countless adventures. As a devoted military wife, Rosemarie stood faithfully by his side through the many journeys and challenges of military life, creating a life filled with love and unforgettable moments together.
Above all, Rosemarie's greatest joy was her family. She leaves behind her beloved children: Bennett and Cathie Elbo; Christine and Floyd Capistrano; and Jason and Shannon Elbo. She was a cherished grandmother and great-grandmother whose love knew no bounds. Her kindness, warmth, and unwavering devotion to her family will live on through her grandchildren and great-grandchild: Dean, Ethan, Paige, Veronica, Liam, Rebecca, Olivia, Nathan, Daniel, and Owen.
Visitation will be held at Baldwin Fairchild Conway Funeral Home, 1413 S SEMORAN BLVD, ORLANDO, FL 32807, US, on Friday August 28, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place at San Pedro Spiritual Development Center, 95 Bishop Grady Ln, Winter Park, FL 32792, US, on Saturday August 29, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by burial at Queen of Angels Cemetery, 1901 Queen Of Angels Dr, Winter Park, FL 32792, US, on August 29, 2026, from 12:15 pm to 12:45 pm.
