Barbara Ann (Sibley) Weber passed away peacefully at the age of 97 on July 20th at Regal Care in Harwich. Born January 24, 1924 in Worcester, MA, she was the daughter of the late George and Annie (Sparrow) Sibley. Barbara was the loving wife of her late husband Nathan Weber, the love of her life. They met at Harry Snow’s in Orleans and were married 49 years until he passed away in 1991.
Barbara was a member of the Eastham Methodist Church, Eastern Star, Daughters of the American Revolution, the Eastham Historical Society, and was proud to be related to seven original pilgrims. She worked at Cape Cod Savings Bank and Meadow Marsh Real Estate. She loved sewing, gardening and life.
Barbara is survived by her children: Barbara Sweetser of Eastham, Sybil Schmelzla and her companion Shawn of Colorado, Cheryl Busby and her husband Larry of Texas, Nathan, Jr. and his wife Deborah of Foxboro, Dorothy Harris and her husband Richard of Eastham, Karl and his wife Linda of Eastham, 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and a niece. She is also survived by her brother George Sibley and his wife Dorothy of Virginia.
Barbara was predeceased by her sister Dorothy (Sibley) Auriemmo and her grandson William (Billy) Sweetser, Jr. As the matriarch of the family, she will be sorely missed forever.

Barbara will be laid to rest at a private ceremony at Evergreen Cemetery in Harwich. In lieu of flowers, donations in Barbara's memory may be made to the Eastham Historical Society, Inc., P.O.
