Chuck was a man of great integrity and faith. He had an extremely successful career in business however if you asked him, his greatest accomplishment and joy was his family and friendships. He had tremendous Faith and he passed that gift down to his children and grandchildren. He never forgot where he came from. He was kind and generous of heart. He was a humble man and was always grateful for all he had earned and accomplished in his life. He looked at his success as a blessing and wanted to share it with so many. He always saw the best in everyone and believed in them and their potential more than they knew themselves. He had the ability to make every one he met feel important and special when you were in his presence. His passion was fishing and being on the water and he has passed along that love to so many! He was a fierce protector and loyal! You would never doubt his love or devotion. He was extremely patriotic and loved his country and the principles this country was founded on. He believed in hard work and personal responsibility. He loved to laugh, dance, all genres of music, travel, cars, March Madness, of course... his CC Manhattan! May God bless this amazing man who was an inspiration to all. He was adored by many and will be dearly missed!

Dear Chris, Dan, Drew and Amy; I only just heard today of Chuck's passing and am so sorry to hear; and am so sorry not to have been able to send you my thoughts and prayers earlier. Bob and I have known your parents for a long time, and for sure I have great memories of working for him at Xerox. What is so very odd is that I was sharing a gold story about a gold foursome with him and Augie just today - about an hour before I heard. It will certainly be a difficult time for you all,..... and literally not an hour earlier I was telling a golf story about him. It will also be difficult for Trish as well. My thoughts and prayers to you all, for sharing Chuck with us, and for the photos in the gallery. Some of them I remember Chuck sharing! He was so proud of the 'catches' of others. With love and blessings, Janet and Bob Nelson

I just heard about Mr. Goslee's passing and I was suddenly so very sad. He was an executive at the bank & I worked in HR. My job was to help him through retirement. He was kind and considerate and always so appreciative of everything I did for him. We exchanged many emails and they almost always contained a picture on a boat, with a fish. Though I never met him, when my job assisting him was over, he sent me a thank you card and a gift certificate to his favorite Charlotte restaurant. I've never forgotten how truly genuine he was and my thoughts are with his family.

Chuck was an executive at the Bank and I worked in human resources.. I was his contact after he retired and helped him navigate retirement. We never met, but he was nothing but nice and pleasant to me (even when he disagreed with me). He often sent me pictures of he and his son fishing and when I wrapped up his retirement, he sent me a thank you note and a gift certificate to his favorite Charlotte restaurant. While it was my job to help him exit the bank, it was my pleasure to have worked with him. I'm very sorry to hear of his passing and my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I loved how he loved my sister, Trish. Their wedding day was magical. It was magical because two families, lovingly, joinned as one. We will remain one. One love. One family.

Chuck, I hope you're riding in a grand boat with endless Manhattans! We love and will keep you in our hearts.

Love, Peg, Nitin and Boys
