I am so heartbroken at the loss of life for Damien. He was a source of joy, energy, and enthusiasm every day for me, as his preschool teacher, as well as for my colleagues, student teachers, and his classmates. I am so sorry for all of his family - especially Jessica and Barbara. We will aways remember Damien, and his smile and hugs as well as his love of music and active play! I am very grateful to have had Damien in my life. Wishing everyone comfort and peace in the coming years...

My son, Jameson was in the same class as Damien, he said that Damien was always smiling big and so happy everyday. I don’t have any words to tell you how sorry I am for your loss but your family is in my prayers everyday and I pray that the Lord gives you the peace that passes all understanding as you endure this.

Damien was joyful, smart, funny and very caring. He would sit in the front seat of my convertible and we would go for rides with the top down. We would pull over and he would sit behind the wheel in the driver's seat and have the Biggest Smile. Damien made everyone better and I never knew him not to enjoy every second of his blessed life.
Joy and peace to you, my wonderful and eternal Driving Partner.
All Our Love,
John & Chris

Damien’s mischievous grin will be remembered for always! He packed much into his short life and lived it largely. Damien brought much joy into our lives and has left an indelible mark in our hearts-
May his memory live on in those hearts and souls he touched while here.

Sincerely,
Maura Lyons
