As I drove by Howard's house in the early evening of what must have been the day he died, I noticed there was no light on in the house. Until that moment, I hadn't even been aware that I looked for that light each time I passed by. For some reason, I knew what it meant, and the next morning when we saw the police cars, my fear was confirmed. So sorry for your loss, you have our deepest sympathy. Howard always had a smile as he walked up to me saying "Well hello there, neighbor!" I will miss him.. Eileen and Gene Emerson
