Jacqueline M. Fitzpatrick

Jacqueline (Jacqui) M. Fitzpatrick, 73 of Orleans, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at Cape Hospital. She was the wife of John C. Fitzpatrick for 48 years. She is also survived by two children, son Brian and his wife Dorothy and daughter Erin Stratton and her husband James, five grandchildren, Rebecca, Cameron, and Brayden Fitzpatrick, Cody and Lydia Stratton, and one great-granddaughter, Makayla Bishop, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was born in Worcester, MA on January 5, 1938. She was the daughter of the late Francis H. and Helen (Silvernail) Grenier. She was predeceased by her brother William and her sister Drianne Leland.

Jacqui graduated from Notre Dame Academy in Worcester in 1956 and from the Katherine Gibbs School in Boston. She was a legal secretary and after retirement worked part time at CVS in Orleans Center.

She was a long time parishioner at the St. Joan of Arc Church in Orleans and was a greeter, Eucharistic Minister, and a member of the Bereavement Committee.

Her Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Joan of Arc Church, 61 Canal Road, Orleans on Monday, June 20, 2011 at 1:00 p.m.
