Katrina M. Snow

Epoch of Brewster in Massachusetts. Born December 3, 1958 in Oxford, England she was

the daughter of Eleanor C. Snow and the late Dr. M. Lawrence Snow. Katrina was a graduate

of Spackenkill High School in 1977 and attended Dutchess Community College. She graduated

from the Culinary Institute of America in 2001. Katrina had been working for the past several

years as a chef at the Saratoga Hospital. She will always be remembered as a loving mother and

a wonderful friend. She cherished her time spent on Cape Cod and could often be found enjoying

the sunshine at the beach.

Katrina was predeceased by her father, Dr. M. Lawrence Snow in 2009. She is survived by her

mother, Eleanor C. Snow of Brewster, MA; her children, Kathryn DiFiore and her husband

Daniel DiFiore of Scottsburg, NY, and Jessica Lee of East Greenbush, NY; her partner, Gary

Scofield of Queensbury, NY; her siblings, Chris and wife Cathy of Fort Myers, Fla., Karen

Householter and husband David of Manhattan Beach, Calif., Stephen and wife Kathleen of

Hingham, and Peter and wife Christine of Newport News, Va; her grandson Jackson; and several

nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, July 3, 2010 at the Orleans United

Methodist Church, 73 Main Street, Orleans, Massachusetts. A private burial will precede the

funeral at the Pine Grove Cemetery in Brewster. Donations can be made in Katrina’s memory to
