Robert Walker Snow

Robert W. Snow, 93, lifelong resident of Orleans, died peacefully at home June 1, 2025. Robert was the husband of the late Elisabeth M. Snow and son of the late Harry H. and Adeline S. Snow. Born in Eastham, MA on August 27, 1931, he graduated from Orleans High School and Bryan & Stratton Business School of Boston. He spent four years in the United States Air Force then returned to Orleans to manage Snow's Fuel and Propane business until his retirement in 1996.

Robert was a member of The Federated Church of Orleans, member of Fraternal Lodge# 132 IOOF Odd Fellows and served as secretary for many years. He was also a member of the German-American Club of Cape Cod and a member of the Cape Cod Orleans Coffee Club. He enjoyed traveling, gardening, photography and playing the organ.

Robert is survived by his brother, Stanley H. Snow and family as well as the family of his late brother William Snow. He is also survived by the children of his late wife Elisabeth, Sylvia and Mark Watson and Bruce and Denise Eldridge and their families.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours Friday, July 18, 2025 from 1:00 - 2:00 PM. at The Nickerson Funeral Home,77 Eldredge Park Way, Orleans, MA 02653. A service to celebrate Robert's life will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 PM. Burial will take place at Orleans Cemetery. Memorial donations in his memory may be made to the Lower Cape Outreach.
