To the entire Albiston family, we want to extend our deepest sympathies to all of you. It sounds like Roger had a wonderful full life.

My name is Sharon Albiston. My husband is Charlie Albiston. We live in Auburn, Maine and we are related. My husband's grandfather was Joseph W. Albiston, he passed away in 1999. Grandpa Joe left some original paperwork, a sermon, that Rev. Roger Albiston had written. I have been doing some genealogy since March of this year. I have come across Roger's and all of your names through and Craig Albiston.

This morning by chance I typed in his name and up came his obituary. I realize this is not the right forum, but, not having any mailing address or email please forgive me for contacting you this way.

Please know that I am really sad not to have met your father. He sounds like he was a fun person to know.

My and our deepest condolences to all. It is never easy losing a loved one. Charlie's father, James H. passed 10 years now. My own father passed just 3 years ago. They are never out of our minds or hearts. Know that the memories you have with your Dad will bring a smile to your face over time. They are always with us.

With Sympathy,
Sharon and Charlie Albiston

Daune and Family,
Rett, Kimberly, and I were so saddened upon hearing of Roger's passing. You know I just loved Roger's dry humor and that wonderful smile he always had for me and the kids. You should know how special the two of you have always been to us, and our hearts are saddened by his loss. So glad we saw him when Isabelle died. Roger had an interesting life full of adventures. May he rest in peace-he earned it. Love to all, Aline
