Susan Ann Jasinski

Susan was born in Louisville Kentucky on September 30, 1944. She graduated from Framingham Massachusetts high school in 1962 and continued on to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Emmanuel College in Boston Massachusetts in 1966.

Susan was married to Raymond Joseph Jasinski on October 23, 1971; they were together 52 years until his passing in 2024. Susan and Ray first met at work then bonded over their mutual appreciation for science and travel. Their long and happy marriage landed them on Cape Cod for many vacations and then in retirement starting in 2000.

Susan is survived by six children, Eileen and husband Dave Kenzevich, Nick and wife Janet Jasinski, Neal and wife Susan Jasinski, Andrea and husband David Ofgant, Rachel and husband Scott Ormsby, and Alex Jasinski; 9 grandchildren, Michelle and husband Bryan Barzaga, Ryan Ofgant, Chris Jasinski, Greg Jasinski, Rachel Jasinski, Violeta Kenzevich, Nathan Ormsby, Erica Jasinski, and Katherine Ormsby; plus 3 great grandchildren Ben, Charlotte and Raymond Barzaga. Susan is also survived by her brother-in-law Arthur Jasinski of New Hyde Park, New York, and her sister-in-law Arlene Carroll of Mansfield, Massachusetts, plus nephews, nieces and great nephews and nieces.

Susan is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Raymond Joseph Jasinski; her parents, Philip C., Sr. and Mary B. (Cramer) Carroll; and her brothers, Philip C. Carroll, Jr. and Robert P. Carroll.

The family will host a Celebration of Life and gathering for Susan in the Spring. An announcement will be sent out preceding that event.
