Anna D Allocco

Anna Signorelli Allocco went to her heavenly home on January 7, 2014. She was born in Morristown, New Jersey on January 21, 1918 to Biagio and Angelina Orlando Signorelli. Anna wed John Allocco in New Jersey on December 10, 1939. She worked as a Beautician and later owned her own salon until retirement in 1984. Anna and John made their home in Ormond beach where Anna became active in St. Brendan Catholic Church, it's Woman's Club and The South Peninsula Garden Club. Anna also performed and did makeup for The Ormond Seniors Show Club and enjoyed ushering at the Peabody Theatre until her health prevented her from doing so. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 2 sisters and 3 brothers. Left to mourn are 5 nieces, 7 nephews and many friends, especially her dear friends, Mark and Mary Carrow. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on January 21, 2014, on her 96th birthday, at St. Brendan's Church in Ormond-By-The-Sea at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, donations could be made to St. Brendan Catholic Church, it's Woman's Club, Halifax Hospice of Flagler/Volusia or a charity of your choice. You will be missed Anna.
