Belvia (fondly known as Tiny to those who knew and loved her) Mills Beverly Kuhn passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 2, 2021 at Halifax Hospice in Port Orange.
Belvia was born in Virginia on August 15, 1934 and had four brothers who nicknamed her “Tiny”.
She was pre-deceased by her loving husband, Billy Kuhn and two brothers, Jimmy Mills of Ormond Beach and Mark Mills of Virginia. Her other brothers are Winfred Mills of South Florida and George D. Mills of Virginia.
Belvia loved to fish and work in her yard. She and Billy would spend hours sitting on the porch watching boats travel up and down the river behind their house and studying their daily scriptures. Belvia had no children of her own, however she was adored by her nieces, nephews, and her many step-children. She loved her home which is filled with carvings of various sizes and shapes created by two of her brothers.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Volusia Memorial Funeral Home in Ormond Beach. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 11 am at Volusia Memorial Park.
