Carrie B. Walker of Palm Coast, FL, died on December 19, 2014 at her home surrounded by family. She was the second daughter of the late Mary Lou and Roosevelt Miles and born in Houston, TX. Preceding her in death were her husband’s Edward Chavis in 1985 and Milton Walker in 2014. She is survived by her children; Rev. Dr. Eric Chavis, Dalva Smith and Kevin Chavis and their families. Services will be held at Trinity Presbyterian Church, 156 Florida Park Dr., Palm Coast, FL. Guests will be received at 10:00 am and services will start at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers , donations to breast cancer research is appreciated by the family. Arrangements under the direction of Volusia Memorial Funeral Home, Ormond Beach, FL.
