July 16, 1990 – August 10, 2025
On Sunday, August 10, 2025, Daniel “Danny” Thomas Pray II left this world unexpectedly, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unfiltered authenticity. He lived life on his own terms — bold, free, and deeply rooted in the things that mattered most: family, nature, and self-expression.
Danny was a true artist, known in the community as a skilled and passionate tattooist. But more than that, he was a man of depth and character. He had a wild, creative soul with a heart that ran deep — caring, loyal, and unapologetically himself. Whether he was cracking a joke, sharing a quiet moment by the ocean, or lost in his craft, Danny brought raw honesty and a unique energy to everything he touched.
He found peace in the natural world — in the stillness of the woods, the crash of the waves, and the wind on his face. Freedom wasn’t just an idea to Danny; it was a way of life.
Danny was preceded in death by his father, Daniel T. Pray Sr., whom he loved deeply. He is survived by his cherished daughter, Adilyne Pray, the pride and joy of his life; his mother, Wendy McGothlin; his sisters, Danielle Pray and Stephanie Stuckey; his brothers, Thomas Pray and Jesse Pray; and a wide circle of family and friends who will forever carry his memory.
Danny was more than a father, son, brother, or friend — he was a force of nature. He didn’t just live life; he felt it, challenged it, and embraced it. His absence leaves a space that can never be filled, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Ride the wind, Danny. You’re free now.
