David Standish Cunningham "Dave" age 78, of Ormond Beach, Florida, passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2025. David was born February 17, 1947, in Stanford, Connecticut, to Frederick William and Anna Greenleaf Cunningham. He was one of three sons.
Dave was raised in Stanford. He attended MIT and graduated with a degree in calculus.
Dave married Barbara Foulke Cleveland in Stanford on March 9, 2000.
Dave was proud of his ancestors who came to America on the Mayflower. He enjoyed reading, bridge and collecting antiques, and his pets especially his cat, Harry Potter.
Dave was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Richard. Dave is survived by his loving wife of 25 years Barbara; son, Joseph Cleveland; grandson, Donald Andrew Cleveland; brother, Frederick and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
At Dave's request there will be no funeral services. His cremains will be inurned in his family plot in Plymouth, Massachusetts, at a later date.
