Gail Carnella Martin

Gail Carnella Martin (Hanna), a devoted Mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, friend and nurse, peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving children. She leaves behind a legacy of love, care, strength, kindness, and humor. Born in Englewood, NJ, Gail dedicated her life to the caring of others both in her career but especially in the love she poured into her family.

She was the beloved mother of Alexis Martini (married to Anthony), Vanessa Raulerson (married to Pete), Russell Martini (married to Kayla), Michael Martini, and Keri Martini. Her greatest joy came from her role as a grandmother to Roman, Elena, and Alexander whom she adored. Gail was the cherished daughter of Gail and David Hanna, and loving sister to David, Kanela, and Alex Hanna. She is now reunited in peace with her mother Gail.

Beyond her professional dedication as a nurse, Gail found joy in life's simple pleasures such as time spent with family, reminiscing on times past, and listening to music on her front porch. Her warmth, humor, and unwavering love made her a guiding light to all who knew her. Gail's presence will be deeply missed but her spirit will live on in the lives of those she touched. Her love, warm-heartedness, and devotion to family will never be forgotten.

A graveside service for Gail will be held Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 10:30 AM at Volusia Memorial Park, 548 North Nova Road, Ormond Beach, Florida.
