Helen L Berry

Helen Louise (Fauber) Berry, 90, widow of Fred L. Berry Sr., of Jacksonville, FL,passed away on July 25, 2022, at her residence. Helen was born on August 20, 1931, in Augusta County, VA, to the parents of Brenard and Mamie Fauber. She married Fred Berry, her husband of 61 years, and they had 2 wonderful sons together, Fred Jr. and Thomas Franklin. Helen lived a full life. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Ormond Beach. Before her retirement she was a housekeeper for multiple families whom she loved and adored. Her hands were never still. She loved cooking, sewing, gardening and square dancing; but most of all she loved and cherished her family. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Berry is preceded in death by her son Thomas Franklin Berry, and her siblings Ruby, Scraper, Raymond, Elwood, Murrial, Sylvia, Hunter, William, JoAnn, and Ruth. Surviving is her son Fred L. Berry Jr. and his wife Kim. Her grandchildren Laci Ann Olmstead (Jake), Wade Lee Berry (Priscilla), a great-granddaughter Fynlee Rae Olmstead, and numerous nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, August 5, 2022, at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home: 548 N. Nova Road. Ormond Beach, FL 32174.
