Irene was born March 26, 1933, to the late Fred and Irene Sheflin Clinch in Rochester, NY, and moved to Ormond Beach in July 1981 from Hilton, NY. She was a devoted wife to her late husband, Donald Radigan and is survived by her sons, Scot Radigan of Ormond Beach and James Radigan, along with his wife Ruth, of Virginia. Irene is also survived by three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Irene will be interred at Volusia Memorial in Ormond Beach, alongside her beloved husband. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
