Joseph Foderaro, 83 passed away peacefully on Friday, December 13, 2013 with his family by his side through the help of Halifax Health Hospice. He was born November 10, 1930 in Cortale Italy. He was the oldest of 3 children survived by his two sisters Elizabeth Sullivan, Columbia, SC and Maria Mungo, Long Island, NY. He was a beloved resident of the Daytona Beach & a downtown fixture for over 40 years working for the City of Daytona and being self-employed as Joe the Mover & property owner of the Carolina Apts. He is survived by his 4 children John, Joseph, Jr., Dominick Foderaro & Dina Perea.
Visitation will be held at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home in Ormond Beach Wednesday, December 18, 6-8 pm. Church services at Basilica of St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Daytona Beach, Thursday, December 19, 1:30 pm, and a service to following at Volusia Memorial Park.
