

Lee D'Orlando was born October 11, 1945, in Falls River, Massachusetts to Ralph D'Orlando and Doris (Marulli) D’Orlando and he passed away on July 31, 2023, at the age of 77.
Lee was one of 6 children
He was preceded in death by two siblings and his parents.
Lee is survived by his daughter, Liza D’Orlando; son, Jason D'Orlando from California. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren Lino, Samantha and Brooke and 1 great-grandson Nathan, all in California and many nieces and nephews from all over.
Lee is also survived by a special lady Marianna Vanderhoof who stood with him for better and through the worst along with his faithful dog companion Sally whom he loved beyond words.
Lee served honorably in the USAF after he enlisted in 1962. He served as a Air policeman. Lee was very proud to have served his country during the Vietnam War and continued to help others volunteering his time through the VA.
Lee retired from Verizon in California then moved to Florida where he worked his real passions, service work for anyone in need. He loved giving back working at the Daryl Strawberry Rehab center and at Heros Mile. He would have celebrated 30 years of sobriety this year, an accomplishment he was very proud of! Besides being the neighborhood handy man he also loved wood working and all things electronic.
Funeral arrangements will be private per his wishes.
