Lois M. Ross

She was born and raised in Chapman, KS and was the youngest of five children. Lois married Earl Ross in Abilene, KS in 1936. She was a homemaker and worked as a Chiropractic Technician for a doctor's office for many years. Lois moved to Flagler County in 1986 and was an active member of the Hammock Baptist Church, serving as a trustee. Her favorite pastime was reading her bible, and she also loved music. Lois was proud to have been a nominee for Flagler County Woman of the Year in 1991. She is survived by her son, Dennis Ross (Pam) who resides in Palm Coast, 2 grandsons, Brad (Elizabeth), Jason and 1 great granddaughter, Callie. A visitation will be held at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home, Ormond Beach from 6:00- 8:00 pm on Friday, April 15, 2016. A funeral service will take place Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel at Volusia Memorial, Ormond Beach.
