Lorraine Dorothy Cahl (nee Ruff) – Born on June 28, 1934, in Maspeth, Queens, New York, and died peacefully surrounded by her beloved family & friends on February 14, 2024, in Ormond Beach, Florida. Lorraine is the beloved wife of James L. Cahl for 23 wonderful years.
She is survived by her children: William P. Michta (Paul), Carol Seidman, Jeanne DeLong (David), James Kallfelz (Melissa), Paul Kallfelz, Nikki Rodrigues (Will), Linda Kallfelz, William Kallfelz, Donna Kerner (Stephen) and her beloved Dog Bambi who was always by her side. She was blessed with 18 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren and her beloved friends from the “Coffee Club”.
Lorraine was a loving and caring Nurse. She always opened her doors and heart to those is need. Beside her husband and loving children, her passions included quilting, sewing, baking and she adored taking car rides.
