

Marianne Jeanne Adams was born March 12, 1930, in Bainbridge, New York. She passed away from this life January 9, 2025. Mrs. Adams leaves behind her sister, Jacqueline Goodwin of Orlando, Florida (and husband James) as well as her sons, Kurt Gscheidle of Midland, Texas, Eric Gscheidle of Orlando, Florida (and wife Gabriella), Jeffrey Gscheidle of Beltsville, Md., Christopher Williams of Tallahassee, Florida (and wife Louisa), Ken Adams of Jacksonville, Florida (and wife Shan), Julie Stokes of Tarpon Springs, Florida (and husband Nathan) and Sheila Failor of Jasper, Indiana( and husband Randy). Mrs. Adams leaves behind a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Adams was predeceased by her parents Kenneth and Emma Riley and brother Kenneth Walter Riley, daughter Patricia Williams and her grandson Dane Italo Gscheidle. Mrs. Adams was also predeceased by her husbands, Richard Gscheidle, Jack Williams and Paul Adams.
After many years of government service, Mrs. Adams retired in 1983 from the position of Office Administrator in the Office of Legislative Counsel, United States House of Representatives.
Mrs. Adams was a member of Beville Road Church of Christ. Her many hobbies included entertaining dinner guests, cruising, studying Danish on the Internet and keeping in touch with her many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Christian Home and Bible School in Mt. Dora, Florida.
