Melissa "Missy" Rodriguez, 41, of Palm Coast entered into Heaven on March 13, 2023. Missy followed her childhood dream in becoming an educator helping children with special needs. Missy is survived by her loving family, Estry and Chuck Grimsley, son Joshua "Josh" Sorrentino, sister Tia (Doug) Bryller; brothers Daniel (Shannon) Rodriguez & Ryan (Lois) Grimsley; grandparents Aracelia and Amado Padin; great grandmother Silvina Manzano and her beautiful nieces and nephews Kylee, Harlow, Charlie, Hayden, and Kenley. In Lieu of Flowers: Missy's parting wish was for her family to provide continued support & guidance to her 18-year-old-son Josh.
