OBITUARY
Pauline S. Adams
December 16, 1922 – June 22, 2010
A funeral service for Pauline S. Adams, who passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center, Ormond Beach, will be 10:00 am on Friday, June 25, 2010 at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home, 548 N. Nova Rd., Ormond Beach, with the Reverend Ron Oser as the officiant. The family will be receiving friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, June 24, 2010 at the funeral home. The interment will be at Volusia Memorial Park, 550 N. Nova Rd., Ormond Beach immediately following the service.
Mrs. Adams was born in Booneville, New York and moved to Ormond Beach in 1960 from New York. She was a member of Our Lady Lourdes Catholic Church and the Florida Hospital Auxiliary Pink Ladies for many years. She retired from General Electric as Quality Control Inspector. Mrs. Adams loved bowling, stitchery, sewing and golf. She was a friend to everyone and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles J. and son, Charles S. Adams.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving daughters, Gini (Donald “Sam”) Bass; Della (Jere) Vodenicker; sister, Helen Siedlecki; three grandchildren, Cindi Beissel, Donald Bass and Jennifer Adams Lafland; four great grandchildren, Katie Wilson, Kristie Wilson, Kara Beissel and Annsley Lafland.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center Foundation. Arrangements are under the care and trust of Volusia Memorial Funeral Home, Ormond Beach.
