He also enjoyed his riding his Harley. Before retiring, Phil was Adult Protective Investigator for the State of Florida.
His father, Bob Leonard, his mother, Ruth (Leonard) Forney, and his beloved dog, Sally predeceased Phil.
He is survived by his Sister, Lois (Tom) Smith; Niece, Beth Smith, several cousins, numerous dear friends and his life partner, Mary Gordon. Phil will be dearly missed by Mary’s grandchildren, Juliana, Cameron, Richie and Oliver. A celebration of his life will be held in the near future on the St. Johns River.
