Richard James Mahon, age 55, of Ormond Beach, Florida passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022. Richard was born October 14, 1966. He is survived by his mother Carol Mahon, sister Lisa Mahon, brother Chris Mahon, and nieces Kathleen Elizabeth, Abigail Theresa, and Adira Grace.
Richard began playing guitar a very young age and played throughout his life. Music was his passion, as was music history. He wrote music, co-wrote a book titled Comfortably Numb A History of the Wall Pink Floyd 1978-1981 about Pink Floyd and in his later years, he played music locally in Ormond Beach. He is very loved by his family and touched many lives. He is greatly missed
