Rose Pellegrino, 88, of Palm Coast, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2014. Rose was born in Brooklyn, New York and has been a resident of Florida since 1972. Rose was a devoted and cherished mother and grandmother who enjoyed cooking for her family. She was a talented artist and was known for the beautiful pottery pieces she created. She also liked to play bingo and cards. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Joseph (Julie), Palm Coast, Michael (Carol), PA; daughter, Donna Macaluso Palm Coast; grandsons, Jason Macaluso and Joseph Pellegrino; brother, Louis Bova, TX; and sister, Mary Messina, FL. She was predeceased by her sister Madeline and her husband of 67 years, Joseph who passed away in May. Friends may call Thursday 10:00 am-12:00 pm at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home 548 N. Nova Rd.
