She later attended college and became a certified radiologist technologist specializing in mammography. After a divorce, she met James Grant, her soulmate, and they married and moved to South Elgin, IL, and later Palm Coast, where they spent 20 happy years together before James’ passing.
Ruthanne loved the Lord Jesus, her Papa Father, and she set the finest example to her family and friends on accepting the Father’s plan and how giving everything to the Lord provided comfort, strength and happiness in this life. She loved the show “The Chosen” and spent many hours watching the show and sharing the lessons with her family and friends. Ruthanne worked as a mammography technologist until her death and she met many friends who started out as co-workers and patients but became close life-long friends as she shared her faith and the Lord’s blessings.
She loved her independent life in Palm Coast and when not working or traveling to see her family she tended her beautiful secret garden, compiled digital photo books following her annual vacations with family and friends, and loved with her cat, Little Little.
