Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother Trudy Rose Peabody of Ormond Beach passed away on January 28, 2014. She was born on September 19, 1949 in Smithville, North Carolina and grew up in Melbourne, Florida. She is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Patrick Peabody, her son Stephen Felderman, her daughter Aimee Lau, her sister Georgia Lassiter and her brother Frankie Lassiter. She will also be missed by her grandchildren Brenden, Leland, Angela, Alyson, Andrew and Tyler. She is predeceased by her parents Harvey and Etta Rose Lassiter and her brothers Kerry Lassiter and Graham Lassiter. Trudy enjoyed music, traveling, shopping, going to the movies, exploring and going on adventures with her husband. Her services will be held at Riverbend Community Church, February 1, 2014 with Visitation at 10AM and Funeral Service at 11AM. Graveside service will follow Funeral Service at Volusia Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
