Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Monday, March 26th, 2012 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Maria (nee Siciliano) for 50 years. Dear father of Adriana Faria (Vasco), Franca Palmeri (Piero), Enzo Piraino (Fatima) and Antonio Piraino (Maria). Loving Nonno of Melissa, Jon-Carlo; Leonardo, Steven, Alexandra; Matteo, Ariella and Emily. Brother of Pierino (Carmelina), Irminia (Michele), Gidia (Francesco), Luigi (Ida), Nella (Antonio), Livira (Leonardo), Antonio (Conchetta), Carmela (Andrea) and Armando (Emilia). Alfredo will be lovingly remembered by the Siciliano family, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Thursday, March 29th from 2 – 4 and 6 – 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. MARY OF THE PEOPLE CATHOLIC CHURCH (570 Marion Ave., Oshawa) on Friday, March 30th at 11:00 a.m. Entombment Resurrection Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
