I can't remember not knowing Al. He was as good to me as a father. We had some good times. I worked with him one summer when I was 12. We cleaned furnaces. Full time job  8hr days. He paid me 5 bucks a day. Lol. I bought a pellet gun at the end of the summer. I still have it.

hey honey. yeah, its hard losing anyone and i know what your going through. i lost my dad when i was your age as well and then my mom 9months later. that was the worse thing to ever go through. both gone in one year. you have to stay strong and remember he loved you and your sister and remember the ones who are left behind who love you and who are here for you. no regrets, no sorrows. no guilt, no what ifs, no i should haves,. god must have had a plan for your dad, even if we dont agree with it. i still cant believe that hes gone. im sure hes with nanny and poppa now and if i know nanny,, she has him playing cards, which poppa hated but played anyway cause nanny said he had too. lol im sure hes watching over you and michelle and is very proud of the two of you just as i am. love you

AL, I remember coming to cannington when I was little to visit. I remember how you would play with Jeff, Michelle and I and how funny you were and always made me laugh. I remember always thinking how great of a dad you were and how I wished I had a dad like you cause my dad wasn't around. 
Many Years went by and I remember seeing you a few summers ago and you didn't even recognize me cause I was all grown up, you tired to introduce yourself , I gave you a hug and said who I was, You cried seeing everyone and so did I cause it had been way too long. 
I can't believe you are gone, you are a great man that I will never forget. Rest in peace.  xoxo

First met Al in 1991 at the KOA in Marmora right up to 2009 when I left the park our families shared many great times together. We watched our children grow up. Al had a great sense of humour. To Jeff, Michelle and the family I am very sorry for your loss. I have many great memories of Al that will remain with me forever.

Al, I still can't believe your gone, it just dosen't seem real. You always seemed to be such a strong person nothing ever seemed to phase you. That being said you were also a fighter, and we all know you fought hard for your life. You've had such an impact on the people you got to know. Although I haven't known you for a long time I still feel like I got to know the real you within that time. I'm so happy I got to meet you, and I'll never forget you.
