Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Monday, March 17th, 2014, at the age of 66. Loving mother of Debbie Laurie (Tony) and Reg Amos. Loving Gramma of Aaron, Brittany, Melissa, Corrine, and Great Gramma of Lennox, Maleah and Jaxson. Predeceased by her parents Reg and Norma Kavanaugh, and her brothers Robert and Charles Northey. Dear sister of Carole (Dale) Southwell, David Northey (Betty), and sister-in-law Maizie Northey. Thank you for the wonderful care provided by the staff of Honey Harbor at Hillsdale Estates and the Support Care Unit 4F at Lakeridge Health Oshawa. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Wednesday, March 19th from 7 – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, March 20th at 11:00 a.m. Interment Groveside Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
