Carmela Adelia Molinaro

Carmela Molinaro passed away peacefully on April 11, 2026, at the age of 95, surrounded by her loving family at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.

Beloved wife of the late Antonio (Fiore), Carmela was a devoted mother to Anna (Paul), the late Domenic, Divina (Stephen), Teresa (Lawrence), and Rosa (Michael). She was a cherished Nonna to Marie (Louie), Paula, Joseph (Corina), Melissa (Bryan), Nicholas (Ally), Kaila (Stephan), Jalissa (Justin), Tristin (Stephanie), and Cassandra, and a proud Bisnonna to Jessica, Paolo, London, Kingston, Gianna, Saniya, Jaxon, Jonah, and Sienna.

Dear daughter of the late Nicola Scovino and Nadina Scovino (née Perrone), Carmela was predeceased by her siblings Paula, Rosa, and Domenico, and will be deeply missed by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Lakeridge Health Oshawa and a special thank you to Tanya from Home Instead for her compassionate care.

Visitation will be held at Oshawa Funeral Home, 847 King Street West, Oshawa, on Thursday, April 16, 2026, from 4:00–8:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Holy Family Church, 91 Ribblesdale Dr, Whitby, On, on Friday, April 17, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., followed by entombment at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, 355 Taunton Road East, Whitby.
